Dog Boarding for Happy Dogs
No pens nor cages, the dogs pile into a licensed private home on the river with 60 wooded acres for walks with the pack, play, pond dunking, and lots of people love. Most senior dogs have been coming since they were puppies and puppies grow up socializing with the pack.
Beef, chicken and elk is cooked at camp and the broth adds a treat to the hungry camper’s usual dry food. Age, size and shape neutral, Camp operates during all seasons serving the travel and family schedules of the local Telluride community and visitors alike.
Welcome to Ophir Animal Camp!
A first time dog-with-owner visit is required as well as a liability and photography release. Please bring a supply of your dog’s usual food but all else is supplied.
No balls, treats or toys. Your dog will be more than occupied by the outdoors, the pack and human love.
Tuition is $40 per day, $70 for double dogs in the same human family.
